Pour moi c’est par ce que ca vient de l’insecte écrasé d’où le nom. Je ne pense pas que c’est à cause de la nocivité.

As-Salam aleikum, Normalement un produit nocif pour la santé,même si il provient d'une source autorisé (comme du boeuf qui aurait été abattue selon le rite halal) ne devrait pas l'être. Autrement dit, sans se prononcer sur du "haram", ce qui demanderait des compétences juridiques, mais aussi médicales, on pourrait presque affirmer qu'il est au moins makruh (fortement déconseillé).

Une émission religieuse sur canal algérie dit le contraire la cochenille serait hallal de plus vous donnez la gélatine seulement comme douteuse alors qu'en france elle est presque toujours d'origine porcine Ma soeur la Tartrazine est donnée comme dangeureuse alors qu'elle est hallal ??? c'est à s'y perdre !
